बप्तिस्मा कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न

गत ११ जून २०११ सनिबरका दिन यर्दन नदीमा बप्तिस्मा कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको थियो । बप्तिस्मा लिनेहरूमा हस्त गौतम (शारीरिक रुपमा अपांग), दीपक थापा, माया पुन, सिला पुन र तारा पुन हुनुहुन्थियो।

बप्तिस्मा को बारेमा परमेश्वोर को बचन बाट प्रस्ट पार्दै  मंडलीका पास्टर बिनोद गौतमले पबित्र यर्दन नदीम पिता, पुत्र र पबित्र आत्माको नाममा बप्तिस्मा दिनुभएको थियो ।

BAPTISM ON RIVER JORDAN

To the fulfilment of great commission according to the Bible, Pastor Binod Gautam with the assistance of Deacon Sundar Nepal baptised five person in river Jordan. The interesting part was that Hasta Gautam, handicap by birth was also among the five, born in Rukum District of Nepal, currently settled in United States of America. He was in touch with Christian since many years and had a desire to be baptised in the river Jordan. On his visit to Israel for baptism he came to Nepali United Church and was baptised. The other four were also from Nepal working in Israel as caregiver accepted Jesus as their personal saviour and were baptized. Their names are Dipak Thapa, Maya Pun, Shila pun and Tara Pun.

It was a great day for the ones who were baptised and we sincerely believe, that this brought enormous blessing to the new believers as well to the United Nepali Church

The massive earthquake of 25 th  April 2015  devastated the country with destroying about eight hundred thousand houses and more than 14000 lives were lost and more than 25000 people injured. The traumatic pain of people is evidence in their activities. The national and international responses were overwhelming for rescue initiatives. Many national and international organizations have pledged and provided resources for restoration of this destroyed infrastructure, but the implementation of this is not in function. Affected people are eagerly waiting for help and that is delayed. Affected people somehow managed to survive in raining season and now the harsh winter is approaching and how people are going to survive is an issue of concern. The government, general public, NGOs and INGOs and other humanitarian organizations and international communities have big responsibilities to respond to the need...
